Delivered Meals Services
Home
Delivered Meals are available to older adults living throughout
all of Marin County. Our meals consist of a dinner-type entree
with a side salad, 1 % milk and fresh fruit.
The entrees have a protein, starch and vegetable and the complete
balanced meal provides a minimum of 1/3 RDA to meet the nutritional
requirements of the Older Americans Act.
Food
is the most important necessity for survival. This program offers
assistance to the challenges of every day meal preparation by
providing a reliable source of balanced nutrition. If you or someone
you know could use our help, please call MMOW today.
